About the Event
We wll meet at 128 Avondale Ave., North York on Sundays at 8:30 am for 8 weeks starting June 6th.
This group is for all levels. We will tailor each run to your level and you wll always have someone to run with.
You will also receive a weekly training plan for the 8 weeks.
Each session will be a combination of continuous running, drills and strength exercise designed for runners.
